Great location but overpriced. Needs updated.

The location was great and the staff was friendly. There was one man that I seen working every time I was out and about. He was always cleaning the property. All the staff seemed to take a lot of pride in their work.

The railing was loose. The mattresses are outdated and uncomfortable. There are no blankets, just sheets and then a thicker sheet. The front door wouldn’t shut completely. You had to really make sure it was closed good (harder than regular entry/exit doors) or it would come open. No where to put beach gear/toys. The automatic doors to the pool/beach do not work so you have to manually slide the automatic doors to get in and out.

Condo was clean as expected and fairly well equipped. It was noted that only one dish towel was provided. There were no oven mitts. The condo lacked pillows for the sofas bed and sheets were provided but we ended up buying extra blankets at Walmart. The railing on the balcony was a bit wobbly and there were outlets in the kitchen that didn’t work. The shower knob needs repair.

Very disappointing.

The location was great. The condo has seen better days. The front door is pretty rough, in need of paint and repair. The tub
Is old, the bath mirror is literally on a slant, the furniture is old. But serviceable.

The indoor pool was closed due to bad levels of chlorine for most our stay.
The BIGGEST issues….
#1 The vacation company gave us the wrong code to get into the condo. We arrived at night after an 11hr drive to find that we couldn’t enter the condo.

#2 The vacation company didn’t give us a code to get into the secure parking.

#3 The vacation company sent us an email at 3am half way through our stay saying our reservation was cancelled … turned out to be a duplicate reservation in their system they cancelled, but threw us for a worried loop and an hour long wait/chat with their staff.

#4 THEN… their cleaning staff came in unannounced while we were there telling us we should have been out by now. We had a day left of our reservation. 😤

All 4 of these issues were time consuming, requiring us to call and try to reach a real person by phone to resolve.

Apologies were given, no excuses, but NO compensation for the time wasted and personal privacy that was invaded.
What if we hadn’t been dressed? The cleaning crew just walked right in to the condo with the code!
Unbelievable and WAY too many issues for a simple 4 day stay.
