The reservation holder must be 25 years of age or older in order to obtain parking passes. Parking Pass Rates are determined by the HOA and are subject to change at any time without notice. This was our first trip to Orange Beach. We loved the area and Phoenix VI was a great property. The grounds at the resort were well maintained and all the pics on- line were very accurate. Unit 206 has a great balcony, in fact it was it's best feature. The problem was that the furniture on the balcony was terrible. There was a table with 4 chairs, yet 1 chair had a broken leg (totally unusable) and another chair was so badly bent that we were afraid to sit in it. There were 2 chaise loungers that were in okay condition, but they were not very comfortable. We spent a lot of time on the balcony....there were only 2 of us so we had enough chairs, but if you have a larger party you might want to bring your own. The other complaint is the closet in the master bedroom. At the time of our visit the door had been taken off and was inside the closet along with a roll away bed. There was very little room for us to use. Unit 206 was clean, comfy, and well maintained. Would book this unit again as long as the furniture on the balcony has been replaced.
