Location and view is excellent. That's the upside.

Downsides,, Condo needed some maintenance. A few outlets didn't work. Door to bathroom in master bedroom needs replacing due to water damage. Shower fixture in master bathroom is quirky and hard to regulate.

Nice place but communication of the condo being occupied wasn’t coordinated!

Location great, not super updated but everything we needed, clean, nice staff, good for the price

A real estate agent came to show the condo with two other people while we were staying there. My mother in law is disabled and couldn’t get to the door in time so they tried walking in. I did not like people letting themselves in while we were there. What if us 5 women weren’t dressed! Total invasion of our privacy! Rear door beach access at facility had to be manually opened because it was broken but not a real big deal.
