This stunning waterfront condo is the perfect spot to kick back and enjoy the beautiful Gulf Coast. Conveniently located on the ground floor for easy access, it is beautifully decorated throughout with weathered-look flooring, wicker furniture, and a gourmet kitchen. Guests can enjoy the beach boardwalk and pools (heated and non-heated). This great condo enjoys all the amenities of the beach boardwalk and pools but does not face the beach and does not have a balcony. You're only a short drive from all the history at Fort Gaines, and an easy boat ride from Fort Morgan. Enjoy one of the two shared pools (one of which is heated), work on your tan, or grab a surfboard and head to the beach to catch some waves! After a long day, you'll have everything you need to relax and recoup for the next day's adventure. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 pm. Check-out time: 10:00 am. All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. The property was cute, clean, and comfortable! The boardwalk to the beach is great and the pools were very refreshing. I would have given 5 stars but had a difficult time getting through to guest services initially to get the codes on arrival day due to the phone tree not working and having to call over several hours. The code was not sent in the email or text. Once we reached guest services, they were wonderful!
