When you aren't walking the sandy shoreline of Bienville Beach, simply sit and soak up the radiant weather from the balcony.

Inside, the sun continues to flood in naturally. The living room's soft sofa and smart TV lend themselves to pleasant streaming sessions, whereas the updated kitchen makes cooking a breeze with its stainless steel appliances and ample meal prep space.

Coastal mementos and cool air adorn each of the bedrooms, ensuring a restful night's sleep each evening. A private washer/dryer and internet access tie together the stellar amenities.

I really liked this place!

I've rented many Airbnb's on Dauphin Island and I really liked this one. It was just the right size for my kids and I. Very clean. Very peaceful. Well appointed and stocked. Communication with Avari was great (far better than vacasa, yuck!) and they were super prompt and accommodating. I also slept very well on the upstairs mattress!

Some notes and updates if you read past reviews for this place:

BUNK BEDS - They were VERY stable and sturdy. They must have been updated/rebuilt. Fear not.

BATHROOM DOOR - There is now a door on the bathroom. Problem solved.

BLINDS / CURTAINS - It's true that there are no blinds or curtains on the upstairs windows. But you are surrounded by tall trees and dunes. Secluded. Nobody can see you. I appreciated all the natural light.

In closing: I was sad to leave. It was comfortable and calming. I hope it's available next time we visit.

If you’re expecting to walk out the back door and onto the beach, this area is restricted and does not have direct beach access. It is an excellent location on the island. Centrally located, easy to get in and out of. Cozy neighborhood feel and somewhat secluded at the same time. Excellent for a couple or small family getaway. Super clean and comfortable. I have had 2 stays at this house. It is almost like a second home. Easy to relax and unwind.
