The house was perfect for our retreat. Most of the beds were very comfortable. The community pool was great. The size of the house was just right.

There was a strong fish smell coming when I entered the house. I determined that the smell was coming from the garbage disposal in the sink. After running the disposal and water for an extended amount of time, the smell dissipated. Not too big of a deal, but I am surprised that the cleaners did not notice it.

There was also an issue with the hot tub. We booked this location specifically because it had a hot tub on site. Imagine our surprise and disappointment when we took the lid off and the tub was empty. There was no water in it. I tried calling the house manager that was listed in our booking, but her voicemail box was full, so I could not leave a message. I sent her a text message about the issue (I had sent a text message the night before about the fish smell), but I still have not received a follow up from her. I also left a voicemail message for the alternate house manager, but she never reached out either.

Also, the twin beds in the house were not very comfortable. The people who slept on them mentioned feeling the springs in the mattress.

For the most part, the house wqa great, but the customer service is lacking

The location is so closes many great activities, restaurants and stores. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The hot tub was great. Quiet neighborhood next to lots of walking paths. The community amenities and pool were great!
