With bright open spaces, your family can easily gather for dinner, retreat to the living room for game night, and enjoy movies by the gas fireplace after a gorgeous day of skiing, snowboarding, hiking, or mountain biking all across Park City.

Chatham Crossing is part of a residential neighborhood that sits two miles northeast of the heart of downtown Park City. You'll be four blocks from a stop for the free city-wide shuttle bus (which provides easy access to all three ski areas), and two miles east of the base of Park City Mountain and the many shops, restaurants, and art galleries that line Historic Main Street. The house is also just two miles east of the Park City Golf Course, three miles north of the slopes of Deer Valley Resort, and five miles southeast of Canyons Village at Park City.

Great location, bright & roomy

Sunny & bright is a great description! Very spacious and comfortable, with super friendly neighbors. Great location right by paved trail, easy walk to town, or an easy drive to all the amazing things Utah has to offer!

The home was perfect to get away for Father's Day weekend. It is conveniently located to both parts of Park City with plenty of restaurants and things to see and do. And it is only 40 minutes from Salt Lake City.

Open space in the back of the property. Newly refurbished townhome with a fully furnished kitchen.
Due to construction on the exterior of the property we were forced to move, but we enjoyed our stay while it lasted!
