Welcome to Park City's finest home away from home! This three-story townhouse provides you with the ultimate relaxation spot in the mountains for you, your family, and your friends. Enjoy an unbeatable location within a mile of downtown Park City and all of its great restaurants, stores, and shops, and Deer Valley Resort, and only one and a half miles to Park City Mountain. There is a free shuttle available during the winter to take you to/from skiing at Deer Valley Resort. The array of entertainment opportunities here is endless and there is truly something for everyone!

Upon entering this mountain abode, you will find radiant heated floors right in the entryway. This level hosts one bedroom with carpeted floors, a smart TV, and a convenient en suite bathroom, along with a separate, stackable washer/dryer for your laundry needs.

A carpeted flight of stairs will lead you to the second floor of the home, where the main living space awaits. A gorgeous and spacious open floor plan with high vaulted ceilings, exposed wood beams, and exquisite wood accents seamlessly combines all living spaces into one. Natural sunlight lits up the living area easily. Spread out comfortably on the sofa in front of the gas fireplace and watch your favorite series on the smart TV with streaming capabilities. Host entertaining board game nights using the provided board games, or surprise your family and friends with their favorite recipes for dinner using all the equipment in the well-appointed kitchen. There is another bedroom on this level.

The true star of the home, however, is located on the upper level. There is a spacious deck with an in-ground hot tub that will be yours to enjoy the minute you book this property. Spend relaxing evenings soaking in the bubbly hot tub, washing all of your worries and stress away. Another great amenity you will find here is a gas BBQ. The third level also features the primary bedroom, which offers a desk, a TV, direct access to the deck, and a beautiful en suite bathroom. Other perks available include a water softener and whole-home humidifier systems.

Loved it

Hot tub was wonderful! Location is prime and comfortable.

The master shower didn’t drain. Needs to plunged or needs liquid plumber.

Great place 10 out of 10 A++, 3 story condo/townhome by Deer Valley Cafe. 3 bedrooms, 4 beds but we only used 1 bed and bathroom. Hot tub was a little finicky and took about 4 hours to heat up the 2nd day despite following strick instructions not to ever press "SET". Kitchen is very well stocked with dishes, air fryer, traditional coffee maker but only had salt and pepper for spices. Master bath shower didnt drain well and that should be looked at. There was mouse droppings on deck with hot tub but the place is right up against mountain....no mouse evidence inside the home. I gave best review rating possible but want to be honest in my review. I didnt call about these minor issues as I expect the rental to be tip top shape before I arrive and not have the expectation that I need to call to have issues addressed after I check in. Gas bbq in back while older worked amazing. Do not hesitate to book this place, its surprisingly spacious, in a great quite location, with a great kitchen. Thx

Such a cute cabin. The house was really clean besides a couple cob webs in some of the light fixtures. The hot tub on the deck is amazing and makes for a relaxing evening enjoying the sounds of nature.

place was in a BEAUTIFUL location. mountain views and close to things to do. main floor bathroom toilet was not working, lots of crumbs and trash under couch cousions and upstairs bedroom was pretty dusty, other than that the stay was great!
