This was the BEST stay we have ever had, without question our best vacation. Everything felt like a dream and exceeded our expectations ✨ The mountain view was incredible, we could see everything, and it made the whole experience even more special. The apartment was extremely comfortable, peaceful, and sophisticated.

Everything was brand new, spotless, and had that fresh, new feeling throughout. It was the cleanest apartment we have ever seen. The space was large, the bathroom and floors were new, and the entire place felt clean and fresh.

There was a thoughtful welcome basket with coffee and cookies ☕🍪, which made our arrival even more special. The location could not have been better, within walking distance of everything. We also enjoyed the heated pool , which was a highlight of our stay.

If the rating scale goes from 1 to 5 stars, this place deserves thousands ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An incredible experience, and we plan to come back every year!!

Exactly as advertised. Amazing location for skiing at Solitude and close enough to get to other ski mountains if you want some variety. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great ski trip.

This was a beautiful, clean, well appointed, well situated 2 bedroom ski condo, with full kitchen, deck and living room.

Unfortunately, Vacasa clearly doesn't understand a ski holidays and seems to be quarelling with Solitude Lodging/Club Solitude. Here are the two problems.

1. First problem. In virtually every hotel in the world there is a place for guests to store their luggage on the day they check out. In fact, this is available in the Eagle Springs East building but not for people who have booked through Vacasa. That means people who booked through vacasa can't ski on the day of their departure and are asked to watch their bags instead. I alerted Vacasa to this issue 3 weeks prior to our arrival and no solution was found. They provided no help with storing the luggage and we had to scramble. Very very poor effort and frustrating.

2. Second problem. Vacasa recommends either renting a car or using a shuttle. We selected the latter. The problem is that Vacasa wanted the room keys returned @10AM TO THE VACASA OFFICE ONE MILE DOWN THE MOUNTAIN ROAD. The only way to achieve that with a shuttle is to leave the resort at 10am, again precluding the ability to ski that day. Now, I called Vacasa several times to resolve this and was able to do so on the day of departure by escalating from the original person who answered the phone to a manager who finally negotiated for us to leave the keys in the room at 10AM enabling us to stay up at the resort.

Due to these two problems and the stress they caused me, I recommend booking a room through Solitude lodging rather than through Booking.com or Vacasa.
