Listen to the soothing sounds of the babbling creek that runs by this charming, two-level townhome nestled in the beautiful forests of Incline Village. Relax by the gas fireplace as you watch a movie or play a board game after a long and active day of exploring Lake Tahoe's mountainous landscapes. Enjoy an easy, 10-minute drive to Sand Harbor or other surrounding beaches each morning, and come home to relax with a glass of wine out on the patio as you breathe in the fresh mountain air and listen to the birds sing.

In the winter, visit Diamond Peak Ski Resort less than two miles away and tear up the powder as more snow falls. This area is also full of beautiful hiking trails that offer an adventurous point of view of the Lake Tahoe region.

THINGS TO KNOW
Incline Village recreation center amenities (fitness center, pools, group fitness classes, etc.) are no longer available to guests. Incline public beaches are not open to guests. Beaches outside of Incline Village may be open; visit the Tahoe Public Beach website for details.

While this unit is a bit dated overall, it is in a quiet location near a small, peaceful creek.

We did have a few issues:

1) my parents rented this unit for an extended stay to help a local family member dealing with a serious medical situation. They booked for 21 nights and then extended to 28 nights. No weekly nor monthly discount rate was offered, as is not uncommon among other local rentals.

2) after 21 nights, the door lock code cut off. Mgmt failed to extend the original code or provide a new one, leaving my elderly parents locked out for quite some time on a cold evening in Tahoe.

3) the property mgmt company has changed from Vacasa to Avanti, but the contact info was not updated making it particularly difficult to reach someone when I needed to resolve the lock issue

4) the unit has a very early (10 AM) checkout and when I asked for an hour or two later, no accommodation was made, even considering the 28 night booking and given the problems with the door code

Was in for the Shakespeare festival and birthday celebrations!! Condo close to everything. 10 minute drive to Sand Harbor. Walking distance to the Hyatt Regency!! Unit had everything to make your vacay comfortable. Loved the creek along side the unit. Also any concerns were quickly addressed!!

Great location at Incline Village. Living area and master bedroom upstairs, with steep stairs from the first floor, so probably not suitable for seniors or small children.

My daughter was married at Sand Harbor and we all rented places in the same vicinity. It was a beautiful area. The home was next to a creek with lush green plants and trees. You couldn’t ask for a better setting. It made our experience absolutely wonderful!

This home is a great spot! It’s literally less than 10 minutes to anything Tahoe. Comfy beds, plenty of towels, blankets and bedding. The one thing that really disappointed me was the beach access pass. We confirmed with several locals that each owner has a beach access pass that grants access to Incline Beach, private access. We gained it on the last day by renting a boat. It’s the prettiest place in Tahoe. Sand, clear blue water, shade, vollleyball, anything. I asked several times about the beach pass but was denied. When I go back, this will be the reason I choose a different location to stay.
