LIVING AREA The open-concept living area features mountain and lake views, a wood-burning fireplace, and a smart TV. Downstairs, a second living room offers a queen-size sleeper sofa, a smart TV, and a shuffleboard table. KITCHEN & DINING Quartz countertops and a full suite of stainless steel appliances shine in the pristine kitchen. Keep the chef company at the two-person kitchen bar. When it's time to eat, enjoy meals at the six-person table. BED & BATH This three-story home sleeps four guests between two bedrooms and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the ground-floor living area. Find comfort in the primary bedroom, appointed with a California king-size bed, a smart TV, and deck access. The bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination. Sleep soundly on the queen-size bed in the second bedroom. A half bath provides added convenience. OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES Relax on two decks, one of which features beautiful mountain and lake views as well as a gas grill. The second deck is equipped with a private hot tub, ideal for year-round soaking. EXTRA PERKS & MORE DETAILS Complimentary Wi-Fi and beach chairs are provided. Parking is available for two cars in the driveway. (The driveway is steep and all-wheel-drive or tire chains may be necessary during snowy conditions.) This home is not appropriate for parties. The property does not have a washer/dryer or air-conditioning. THE LOCATION Find hiking and biking trails right in your neighborhood or spend sunny days at Kings Beach State Recreation Area, just 5 minutes from home. When you want to hit the slopes, Diamond Peak Ski Resort is just 15 minutes away - as is Incline Village. Drive 20 minutes to Northstar or 30 minutes to Squaw Valley. Dining and shopping can be found minutes away in Crystal Bay, Kings Beach, and Tahoe Vista.

This house, and the views, are gorgeous. Took a girls trip and it was our first time in Lake Tahoe. The house met all our needs and wants. It was very clean and we felt safe in the neighborhood. The hot tub was so relaxing in the backyard which was quite the oasis. The views from the front porch were stunning. We went in early August and watched the sunrise and sun sets and both were phenomenal. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. It is close enough to town but also didn’t feel like we were “in town.” The only thing I would say is important to know is the driveway is short and STEEP. Personally I think it would be hard to get 2 large cars on the top but I’m sure it has been done. We had a small SUV and had no issues but if you are renting cars, just be smart about what you pick ;) 10/10 would recommend this house!
