The home was beautiful and the layout was perfect for our large group! Being animal friendly was a huge plus! One thing to warn tourists of is the bears in Tahoe, there are bear box trash cans, but please remember to lock your car doors. I knew better as I don't live far from Tahoe, but I forgot to lock mine and woke up the first morning to all of my car doors open. Besides that the stay was fantastic! The home comes with everything you might need for your stay and the host was very helpful with anything else we may have needed. If I could give this place 100 stars I would!

Our stay at this host's place in Tahoe Vista was wonderful! The location was perfect for exploring the lake, and the space was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area and hope to return soon. Thanks for a great stay!

The Vista Pines Retreat was very spacious and in a quiet neighborhood. We made several meals at home and the kitchen had pretty much everything we needed. The only downside is that the gas grill can't be used because of the county's fire code (wood deck and proximity to the house). The living room was both comfortable and cozy with a huge flat screen TV and nice sectional couch. The Wi-Fi was blazing fast too. My favorite part about our experience was the home's proximity to the North Tahoe Regional Park, which was less than a 10 minute walk from the house. The park has tennis and pickleball courts, soccer and baseball fields, and a zip line course. We had a great time overall and would love to come back.
