Overview

Welcome to Kings Beach—Tahoe’s funky, laid-back lake town. This cozy mountainside hotel suite is the perfect year-round base for your Tahoe adventure.

You’re minutes from hiking, golf, river rafting, and lake activities, with cross-country and downhill skiing taking over in winter. Restaurants, bars, beaches and local entertainment within walking distance.

Inside, unwind with one comfy king bed, two futons, gas fire place, and two TV's with streaming. A full kitchen, fridge, coffee maker, and microwave making mornings easy, and tub shower is perfect after a day on the lake or slopes.

Adventure outside. Comfort inside.

Things to Know
Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Streaming is available using your own account.
Lake Tahoe can be seen from the front of the complex.

Peerfect!

I thought I was getting a room. To my surprise, it was a one bedroom w/kitchen and LR. For the rate paid, the unit was exceptional.

Al momento del check in no había café, hice el reclamo y dijeron que nos iban a llevar café pero no lo hicieron. Tampoco había pimienta

The place was great. We had a lot of fun there. It was cozy and pretty close to the description. The hosts were really responsive, communicative and nice. We loved the location and had a blast on the lake.
