Downstairs, the third bedroom holds a pair of twin-size beds, while the fourth bedroom has another king-size bed. Both first-floor bedrooms have access to the deck. The guest bathroom on this floor has a sparkling walk-in shower.

Although the condo is not equipped with air conditioning, it is rarely needed with Lake Tahoe's mild summer weather and lake breeze.

The sandy waterfront of Kings Beach State Recreation Area is just a 10-minute walk from your door. The casinos, eateries, and entertainment venues of Crystal Bay await in 1 mile.

In winter months, venture 7.4 miles to Diamond Peak Ski Resort or 14.4 miles to Mt. Rose.
