Great place to stay if you want to be close to Truckee and Kings Beach. The place was clean. Bring your own basic stuff like oil, tea, coffee, kettle etc since the unit doesn’t come with it. The beds were comfortable. Overall a good stay

This place was so cozy! It was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The actual area was nice and peaceful. But was close to shops and restaurants!

The Avari location was great and provided great amenities. When our keys got stolen we reached out to customer service and after contacting their local manager we were able to get back ups the next day. Overall it was a beautiful location and great place to stay.
