This gorgeous Kings Beach vacation rental is near all the best Lake Tahoe attractions. Walk to the beach, make the five-minute drive to the casinos in Crystal Bay, or just stay home and soak in your luxurious, private hot tub. You'll have so many options for how to enjoy your Tahoe getaway! When you stay at this Fox Street vacation home, you'll enjoy a reverse floor plan with the main living area and kitchen on the upper level, and two of the bedrooms below. Perfect for entertaining, the living area, dining room, and kitchen of this cozy getaway are open - allowing for conversations, socializing, and coming together easily as a group. And with three sofas, there's room for everyone to enjoy the gas fireplace or a board game spread out on the coffee table. The TV has cable and a DVD player so on nights that you just want to stay in and relax, you'll have plenty of options. The dining room table sits right near the sliding glass door to the balcony. You'll have a great view with dinner, and for those perfect Tahoe summer evenings, you may choose to bring your plates outside and dine alfresco on the deck's outdoor table. You could even prepare the whole meal right at the gas grill. Inside, you'll have a full, updated kitchen for your culinary concoctions. With granite countertops, a gas range, an oven, a dishwasher, and a refrigerator, you'll be able to create everything from a hearty brunch before heading out on the hiking trail, to a whole roast chicken. Extra gadgets include a blender, toaster, and mixer. The bedroom on this main floor has a queen size bed, matching bedside tables, reading lamps, a crib in the closet, and a desk for writing, setting up your laptop for using the WiFi, or even putting together a puzzle. Downstairs, there are two other bedrooms, a full bathroom (in addition to the one upstairs), and full-size laundry accommodations. One bedroom has two twin beds (great for kids!), while the other room has a queen bed and lower deck access right out to the hot tub. On cool Lake Tahoe evenings, warm up with a soak in the hot tub! Even if the snow is falling, it's the perfect place to relax those sore muscles after a day on the slopes! During ski season, you'll be located right near all the major ski resorts - Northstar is just a 10-minute drive away! Alpine Meadows and Squaw Valley are only 30 minutes car drive from the house. Year-round, the casinos at Crystal Bay are just across the Nevada state line, less than two miles east. The Lake House is just a short walk to the beach, theater, miniature golf, shopping, and sports rental stores. Rent bikes, ski equipment, snow shoes, and more. We only had two questions upon our arrival and those were answered quickly and courteously by the 24/7 available text people at Vacasa. The house was clean and orderly. There’s a binder with most all the information needed for the house and the surrounding areas… very helpful! The beds were comfortable and I was thankful for the multiple fans to help keep the air flowing g through the hot as it was hot on certain days and there’s no AC. The neighborhood was quiet though some cars came down the road rather fast. We even saw a few bears wandering around in the late evening, a first for us! The house was fairly close to the main road along the lake and I preferred the short distance as it kept the area around the house quiet for most of the day! Neighbors around us were very quiet in the early morning and late evenings and very friendly when out walking :) We are hoping to stay here again sometime next year!
