Both adults and kids will be pleased here. There's also a washer and dryer for keeping clothes clean. North Lake Tahoe is a year-round destination for vacationers of all ages. Good space overall, 4 bedrooms and a loft area. The heater is incredibly loud especially for the 1 bedroom on the floor next to the kitchen. Hot water for the showers was awful, max maybe 2 showers then its cold. Did not have the passes to get into the rec center/hot tub, reached out a few times but got no answers. Some holes in the kitchen and some cosmetic blemishes

The location is great, and the place was clean. You can’t go wrong with the price for a 4-bedroom condo that fits 10. I wish I could give it 5 stars; however, there were two major issues. The first one wasn’t really a malfunction, but the noise. The AC/heater worked fine, but it was extremely loud, especially at night. It woke everyone up every time it starts on. The second issue was the water heater. The water will run cold after 2~3 showers, and took at least an hour to heat up again. I contacted customer service, and they offered to send someone, we decided to live with it since we were checking out the next day. Hopefully, they fix the water heater for the next guests. Thank you Vacasa, will definitely use again.
