Welcome to Kings Beach—Tahoe’s funky, laid-back lake town. This cozy mountainside hotel suite is the perfect year-round base for your Tahoe adventure.

You’re minutes from hiking, golf, river rafting, and lake activities, with cross-country and downhill skiing taking over in winter. Restaurants, bars, beaches and local entertainment within walking distance.

Inside, unwind with one comfy king bed, two futons, gas fire place, and two TV's with streaming. A full kitchen, fridge, coffee maker, and microwave making mornings easy, and tub shower is perfect after a day on the lake or slopes.

Adventure outside. Comfort inside.

In order to watch streaming services, guests must use their own login credentials.
No washer/dryer on-site.
Kitchenette with minifridge, microwave, and Keurig coffee maker.

It got the job done. Very clean. Very bare bones so just a decent place to sleep and shower. Kitchen area is just a microwave, so be prepared.

We had a great stay at Kings beach. While we both wish the bed was more comfortable, the room was nice and located in a very convenient spot! The WiFi was spotty so it did make it hard with spotty cell service but it was also nice to unwind from our phones for a bit. The nights were hard when we tried to watch a movie before bed. All in all we loved our stay and the quick walk to the lake, food, and drinks! We definitely hope to make a new tradition and visit here again next summer!

This was our first visit, and the location was perfect for us.

There is no breakfast at this location....why did you ask?
The room was very convenient and quiet, spacious enough for 2, within walking distance of businesses.
The microwave and fridge were very welcomed.

Cleanliness was not up to par, and there was only 1 plate, 1 spoon, and 1 knife in a room meant for 2 people.
The bed was not as comfortable as we would have liked.
We wished that we had known about the local shuttle system sooner, as this was our first visit to Lake Tahoe.
