With TVs in all of the bedrooms, everyone has their own space to retreat to at the end of the day. There's even a private hot tub.

This centrally located retreat has incredible access to North Shore beaches and all of the major ski areas in North Tahoe! Patton Beach and Kings Beach are less than two miles away. Northstar, Squaw Valley, Alpine Meadows, Diamond Peak, and Homewood Ski Resorts are all less than 15 miles away. There are also three different boat launching ramps within a six-mile drive. Enjoy boating, fishing, hiking, skiing, and more from this unbeatable location.

Starting with the bad- Several drawers had food container trash in them in the bedrooms. Guess cleaning crew did not open them. Also one bathroom had some skid marks left in the toilet, kinda gross. Lastly, we had no hot water from the first night. We went the entire stay and had to continuously ask host progress on getting it fixed. By day 2 they sent a tech out but he left after 2 hours and we got no word on what he did. Had to keep asking for more status updates. Promised to fix the 3rd day but nothing. Then host offered $50/night compensation. That was a joke on a 500/night place. Message to host: Not enough towels in bathrooms and NO towels for hot tub. Also not enough spoons for 9 guests, no extra sheets or pillow cases, but plenty of blankets in cabinets.
The good-Place is nice, 4 bedroom and a big hot tub. The hot tub is older and the controls are clunky. The jets only turn on when they want to, even though same button pressed. But it does have a nice cabin in the woods feel.
