Inside, unwind with two comfy queen beds and a TV with streaming. A mini fridge, coffee maker, and microwave making mornings easy, while the walk-in shower is perfect after a day on the lake or slopes.

I have stayed at this location multiple times, and in different rooms. It is hands-down my favorite place to stay in the Kings Beach area. It’s not the fanciest place, but it is a great hub to all the good things in the Lake Tahoe area. Best bang for your buck for sure.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay, mainly because the location was excellent. It was within walking distance of town, where there were lots of great restaurants. We especially enjoyed Char Pit, which is right down the street from the property. Having a dedicated parking spot was also a huge plus since parking in the area can be difficult.

That said, the property could benefit from a deeper cleaning and some updates to make it feel more modern. During our stay, the bottom of one of the bed frames came apart. We notified the host, and thankfully there was already a second bed available for us to use.

Despite those concerns, the convenient location and included parking made our stay enjoyable.

Other than no spoons or forks available everything was good. Dish soap,sponge,and dish towel were provided. Very very hot water for sink amd shower.
