Townhome #36 at Brockway Springs is a great value. It has an excellent location. So very close to the restaurants, beach and shops. The views of the lake from the balconies are beautiful. The swimming pool, Sauna, tennis courts, club house and private dock are amazing. The home itself allows plenty of space to mingle and eat together. Beware! The spring mattresses need to be replaced. We managed because we were exhausted by the end of each day and were desperate for sleep…
