Stayed a few nights for a conference, the space is very close to local shops and of course Lake Tahoe. The team was very responsive, I’d stay again!

Kings Beach is in the process of redevelopment, keeps getting nicer year by year. This location is on the Eastern edge of Kings Beach, away from the heaviest crowds and traffic. Since there's almost no non-paid parking in this area, having free parking included is nice. You can walk 1.5 blocks to the public beach. Ice cream parlors, coffee houses, bars, restaurants and small grocery stores are within 3 blocks. A bike would be very handy. Unit matched photos. Yes, there's traffic noise from the highway but it's not bad inside the unit. We had a rough time the first day because it was unseasonably cold, and the heating and blankets were completely inadequate. No batteries in the TV remote, lack of outlets for electronics. Call Avari and it's a Philippine call center. Had to threaten them to have Airbnb move us before they sent someone to address these issues.
