Received text message from property manager just prior to check in time to inform us that the smart lock didn’t work & gave code to get key for door. However, the key didn’t work either because lock spun around. We had to leave the unit unlocked due to this issue. Since we had difficulty locking the door, it was a security issue the entire time we were there. The condo was updated, clean and had a beautiful view of Lake Tahoe and surrounding mountains. The unit was light & comfortable with open seating to dining and the kitchen. The kitchen had only one electrical socket but we managed. The bathrooms were newly remodeled but shower door in main bathroom didn’t close & water never got hot in the other bathroom. There were plenty of plush towels and cleaning supplies. We appreciated the shampoo, conditioner & body wash in each bathroom. We love this location and enjoyed the wonderful view. We would consider returning again if the owners would replace the door lock.

Had a lovely stay in incline village at this property.

Perfect for our family. Loved our living quarters and kitchen. The view was outstanding! It was clean and comfortable. Only 10 mins away from incline village.

Only qualm was the discomfort of the second bedrooms bed’s. A mattress topper is so, so necessary. My parents said they slept well in the masters suite.
