We had a wonderful stay! The place is beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. Everything was well maintained, and we really enjoyed our time here. The only thing to keep in mind is that there is no AC, although fans are provided and definitely help. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would happily stay here again!

Only 2 criticisms. The listing shows 7 beds, but it has 6. There is also a sleeper sofa, so our group was covered. The other is that the coffee maker is only 5 cups. So we had to make multiple pots. Otherwise, it's a great house, very comfortable and in a great location

Avari response:

Thank you, Tom, for sharing your thoughts with us. We’re glad to hear that you found our townhome comfortable and enjoyed the great location. We appreciate your feedback regarding the bed count and the coffee maker. We strive for accuracy in our listings, and we’ll make sure to clarify that detail for future guests. As for the coffee maker, we understand how important that morning brew is, and we’ll look into options to enhance that experience. We’re grateful for your understanding and hope to welcome you back for another stay soon!
