Delightful Northstar Condo is comfortable for the whole family or group of friends and is ready to be your home base to experience a truly wonderful and memorable getaway! This three-story condo offers nothing but comfort, relaxation, and all the amenities you and your group could need to relax and forget about everything. The main living space is located on the second floor where an open floor plan combines the kitchen, dining area, and living room together. Throw some logs into the wood-burning fireplace and listen to the fire crackle as the group unwinds in the living area snuggled up on the comfortable sofas. When it's mealtime, the fully-equipped kitchen has you all covered with its modern appliances and utensils. Enjoy access to the Northstar recreation center amenities, which include tennis courts, basketball courts, a fitness center, a sauna, a hot tub, a seasonal lap pool, and an open grill area next to a beautiful creek surrounded by pine, fir, and aspen trees. (Site rentals include the use of three picnic tables and up to two gas BBQ grills with grilling utensils.) There is a $10 daily fee per person for use of the facilities. Northstar provides a shared golf cart in case you'd like to move around freely. No matter the season of your trip, you'll find a plethora of summer and winter outdoor/indoor activities to choose from. Northstar California Resort boasts endless winter sports such as skiing, snowboarding, tubing, and ice skating. However, if you visit during warmer months, you'll come across about 100 miles of trails for biking and hiking and 3,000 acres. There's public beach access in Kings Beach at Lake Tahoe, which is seven and a half miles away. This beach is one of the largest in the area and is perfect for families. Here you can swim, sunbathe, and go on a fun boating adventure. There's also a picnic area and a playground. THINGS TO KNOW Streaming services are available with guests' own account(s).

Nous avons séjourné dans cet immeuble pour nous permettre de découvrir le lac Tahoé. La station est assez proche du lac et des restaurants (une dizaine de kilometres). Le logement est très spacieux, confortable et bien équipé. Le logement nécessiterait une petite mise à jour estétique correspondant plus au code couleur actuel (mais ce n'est qu'un détail), car il est très confortable (bonne literie, bonne wifi, parking gratuit). Du fait de la saison estivale, le rapport qualité prix était exceptionnel. Nous avons apprécié occuper ce bien.

Great location, clean, and spacious. We had a good time staying here. The only negative that 2nd and 3rd floor gets hot during summer. The listing did mentioned the unit has no AC, and there were fans. I suggest adding a window AC on the 2nd floor window. That should solve the issue.
