Six of us used this house for several days at Christmas time. The house is somewhat dated, but is well stocked, clean, lots of hot water, roomy and comfortable. A winter storm came and we were able to enjoy it as our cars were inside the garage and the snow plow came early enough for us to leave at an appropriate time. Would stay here again.

The location, back deck and the views

We had a wonderful time staying at the back nine! The location in South Lake Tahoe was perfect. Close to Emerald Bay, fallen leaf lake, camp Richardson, casinos. The view out the back was just gorgeous! So much privacy and space! We spent hours in the hot tub, playing games on the lawn, and playing some golf. The tv room was perfect for watching the Olympics and we had some good pool tournaments with the living room pool table. It fit our group of 10 perfectly and there were plenty of towels and linens, all the amenities we needed. The kitchen was great for making some big meals and the grill worked well. Having no AC was as not a problem at all during our July visit. The temperatures were perfect. We couldn’t had a better time and hope we can return!

Single floor plan with bunkbeds for my grand-kiddos. Hot tub is a nice addition, but only worked for one day- Nice and quiet. We had 8 total in the house and had plenty of room. The pool table has a hit!
