Overview

Ideally situated only one mile from the ski lifts at Northstar California Resort, this three-bedroom home is a place for skiers, snowboarders, hikers, and mountain bikers to find beautiful scenery and easy relaxation.

This single-level home sits one mile north of the Village at Northstar, where you can catch a ride on the Highlands Gondola, the Big Springs Express Gondola, and the Village Express Lift. The Village is also home to several excellent restaurants, apres-ski spots, and the pools and hot tubs at the NPOA Recreation Center. Come summertime, you'll have two kayaks and several beach chairs to bring with you to Kings Beach on Lake Tahoe, an easy eight-mile drive southeast.

After a day of adventure, return home to be greeted by decks on both sides of the house, creating a wonderful setting for sipping cold drinks, playing cards all afternoon, and dining alfresco with a view of the woods.

Inside, the house has the ambience of an alpine lodge, offering a great room with plentiful seating, a cable TV, and a gas fireplace. Prepare your favorite meals in the well-equipped kitchen, and sit down to enjoy them with your loved ones at the dining room table. Of the three bedrooms, one is a primary suite with its own bathroom and TV.

This is obviously someone's home and pretty well taken care of, everything was nice enough...EXCEPT the carpets, they need a good bubble bath or replacing. If your going to use carpet runners then put them over the stains.
Secondly, it didn't look like the home had been used in a bit and your property manager should have take a quick pass at the standing cob webs
and Finally -- The shower tracks have not been cared for in quite some time... a bleach job or new caulk is in order.
Fun things...
1. You might put in a "don't forget" list. "Top of it should be Coffee/Cream" .
2. Loved being able to use the garage for bikes and not hiking them into the house. Minor tools were on the wall and a helpful!
Didn't find scissors... would be a nice add.
Overall, we had a great time and enjoyed the use of this property!
