Golfers will love being blocks from Tahoe Paradise Golf Course, while outdoor adventurers will find biking and hiking trails nearby. The shimmering waters of Lake Tahoe at Camp Richardson are only seven miles away. Rent a paddleboard, kayak, or jet ski and spend an afternoon on the waves. Nevada Casinos are less than 10 miles from home. Kick back on a sectional or rocking chair in the main living room and watch a movie on the 50-inch TV. The second living area has the feel of a game room, but it's especially suited for evening entertainment. Along with a fully functioning bar and seating area, this group-friendly space has a wine fridge, microwave, and 50-inch TV. Prepare meals in the modern kitchen, fully stocked with all the gadgets you might need. When dinner is ready, gather at the dining table that seats four. The secluded backyard offers ample outdoor seating to spread out and relax. Grill out on the spacious backyard deck. Outdoor wood-burning fires and charcoal grills are prohibited per local ordinances. THINGS TO KNOW Tahoe is home to many animals. You may experience bears, raccoons, mice, and other animals. Meadows are home to many rodents. When these areas are filled with water or snow, these animals move to homes in the area. You may experience these animals in or near your home. This property is not equipped with air-conditioning.

Staff addressed issues quickly through text communications. Quiet, good location with plenty of room. With no A/C, it was almost too warm to sleep, even with fans placed in use—was early July.

Apart from limited access to the backyard through a room, the soap is great. There is a room with 3 beds, 1 being a bunk. Great for people who don’t mind sharing a room.
