We love this house! It has everything we need for a trip to the South Lake Tahoe area! It is close to the activities that we want to do, allows dogs with a great enclosed backyard, is very comfortable for 4 adults and has a hot tub! What more could you ask for!

Wonderful stay, clean home, close to the strip, comfortable backyard with BBQ, spa, functional outdoor seating with gorgeous view and outdoor games. We took the Kahle Trail to Nevada Beach- lovely nature walk. Delightful stay, we cant wait to return.

We were looking for a vacation rental that was one story without any stairs to accomodate a disabled relative. This home is perfect. It is a one story house without any stairs inside. There are a couple of stairs to get to the front door and a couple to get into the backyard, and both of those have a railing. We were very impressed with the cleanliness of the house and the overall look. The inside of the house is nicer than the online pictures. It is comfortable and uncluttered. Netflix was the only app available on the television. The backyard is not very big. The pictures online make it look quite large, but it does have a hot tub, four chairs and a corn hole game. There are birds and chipmunks to watch right from the yard. The wifi is good, and the hosts have everything you need for your stay. There are dishes, bath towels and hot tub towels. Everything is laid out and easy to access. We only had three issues with the house. First, the master bed frame makes a very loud noise anytime you move. It woke us up all night long, and we literally could not sleep. Second, it was July, and it was very hot. The house does not have AC. There are fans in every closet, but in July, the fans were not enough. Third, the hallway bathroom has a faucet that is not long enough for the sink basin. Therefore, your hands have to lay on the sink basin to get under the water stream. Overall it was a great stay, and I definitely reccomend this home. It is right next to the Edgewood Golf Course which has restaurants on site and close to the casinos.
