During the winter months, you'll also be only six miles north of the world-class slopes at Heavenly Ski Resort. The home is great, has a garage for 2 cars so that we don't freeze while unpacking. The beds are comfortable and the number of restrooms is perfect for our 8 people and 3 dogs. Only bad thing was that the cleaners were not as thorough before we arrived, we found fake lashes on the wall of a shower, spider webs and dust on the light above the stove and shelves above the sink, as well as window sills. One toilet was broken so we assumed the cleaners didn't clean that toilet. The hot tub didn't have any chlorine tablets, so we don't know if that has been property maintained. There were only 2 spoons in the house so we bought our own disposable ones when we had soup the first night. I reached out to the property team and they brough spoons and fixed the toilet but these are things that the cleaners should report to the owners so that there is a smooth transition.

The home is very spacious and can accommodate so many people comfortably. We loved the fireplace and the views. It’s in a beautiful neighborhood and easy walk to the beach. However, we had not hot water and the property management didn’t come out until the 3rd day to address. At 5 pm the night before we were checking out they said there was nothing they can do . No hot water for showers, do dishes. Very disappointing.
