The property is ideally located and a short drive to old downtown. Also close to freeway access. The home is comfortable and clean. Ample living room seating, a large table that seats 6 for meals and a fully stocked kitchen. Lovely enclosed gas fireplaces in the living room and master bedroom that would make for cozy evenings in the winter. This is an excellent home for a family or friends who would like to enjoy all that Truckee and the local area has to offer.

We loved the location of this condo we stayed at during our trip to Truckee. It's a quick drive down the road to Downtown, the regional park, 50/50 Brewery, Pondersa Golf Cource etc. Would 100% stay here again with the family.

House was nice and clean. It’s in a convenient location for downtown Truckee. The parking wasn’t explained very well. We had three cars and two went in the garage, but there was supposedly a third spot overflow that wasn’t identified in any of the information. We just parked in front of the garage despite the threats that they will tow your car if you don’t have it in the correct spot. The mattresses were pretty worn out but typical for a ski house. They also apparently have noise sensors and wifi tracking to ensure you don’t have too many people at the house or violate their strict 10pm quiet hours rule. Overall we’d stay there again if we had an event in Truckee like we did for this last stay.
