We really enjoyed our stay! The townhouse was very clean and provided plenty of space. The only issue we had was that parking was a bit confusing. Great place!

Excellent accommodation, very comfortable, would 100% recommend! However, if the property is available and cleaned ready

Very spacious, loved that there was an extra bed downstairs to separate someone that snores! Fantastic kitchen facilities, beautiful quiet Street, would definitely stay there again!

We had been travelling for 23 hours when we arrived from the other side of the world, and wanted to check in 2 to 3 hours early. We arrived at the property and it was ready (Cleaners had left and it was ready to occupied) I asked for an earlier check-in and they said the keypad will not work until a certain time. So we sat there in the boiling hot sun for three hours before we could get inside with six suitcases and six people after a very long journey. This was very disappointing because if the cleaners have left and the property is available, we should have been able to get inside..

Avari response:

We truly appreciate your feedback, Lauren. It’s wonderful to hear that you found the townhouse spacious and enjoyed the kitchen facilities, as well as the extra bed for a peaceful night’s sleep. We understand how exhausting a long journey can be, and we’re sorry for the inconvenience you faced with the early check-in. It’s our goal to make every aspect of your stay as comfortable as possible, and we regret that you had to wait in the heat after such a long trip. Your experience is important to us, and we’ll certainly take your comments into account as we strive to improve our guest experience. We hope to welcome you back soon for another stay in Eugene, where you can fully enjoy all the comforts we have to offer.
