Low value for the cost of staying three nights. Not recommended.

Every other hotel in the area was fully booked during our stay. I believe we were probably charged double the price for our time frame.

It was pretty much of an inconvenience to enter the long ten numbered entrance code for either the day or night - four numbers would have sufficed. The window air conditioner was extremely loud and was used only once for a few minutes. The bed was uncomfortable and the frame is of a poor quality as the lower right leg looks like it was bent inwards prior to our use. The shower head was very low state of the art, and in one bottom corner of the shower was a black substance, mold? Pearl Street parking was semi-dangerous due to the fast One-Way street speed of traffic.

The well-equipped studio was beautifully decorated and maintained. Super easy for street parking and an easy walk if you’re needing to be in the University of Oregon Campus. Bed was firm, but weirdly comfortable. Plenty of pillows, blankets, and towels. Lots of kitchen items to cook, if you want to and a starter pack for washing. Easy code access and entry. Highly recommend and will definitely book again!

We really like the location. There's a grocery store 2 blocks away, cafe's, restaurants, pubs all within a few blocks. Plenty of street parking.
