Overview

Set right onto the golf course and boasting a huge private deck and hot tub, this family-friendly home offers the perfect escape just south of Terrebonne. Four seasons of outdoor activities are within easy access, with abundant hiking and mountain biking trails and state parks all nearby. The Cline Falls State Scenic Viewpoint on the Deschutes River is just three miles up the road. Both Mt. Bachelor Ski Resort and the bars, restaurants, cafés, and shops of Bend are around 18 miles away. On-site amenities include indoor & outdoor pools, a sauna, and gym.

At home, start the day with a round on the golf course or just watch from the deck with a cup of coffee in hand, then slip into your private hot tub for a morning soak. Huge picture windows bring the outdoors inside, where you’ll find hardwood floors, soaring ceilings, and an open layout ideal for gathering with loved ones. Little helpers can perch at the kitchen island barstools while you make mealtime magic in the full, well-equipped kitchen, then everyone can grab a bite at the window-front dining table before heading out.

When you return, cuddle up with cocoa in front of the gas fireplace or relax in the central AC if it’s hot outside. Family rooms both downstairs and upstairs in the loft mean everyone can watch what they want on TV. Remote workers will appreciate the free WiFi and dedicated desk area in the kitchen. End the evening back outside with a family cookout on the gas grill and another soak in the hot tub. The serene getaway you’ve been craving awaits - all that’s left to do is book.

Watershed Coffee Roasters

Riverside patio coffee with the best backyard seating in town. Pair a dirty hippie latte with a Sparrow Bakery pastry and you’ve nailed a Bend morning.

Thump Coffee

Local coffee roaster favorite with deeply pulled espresso and flaky croissants. Cozy corner vibe right in the heart of downtown.

The Victorian Café

Legendary breakfast. Eggs Benedict, bloody marys filled to the brim, and a wall of hot sauces to play with. Expect a wait on weekends and enjoy every minute.

We had a wonderful stay and I would stay here again!

The property was wonderful! It met the needs of our family. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking pots and pans, dishes, etc, serving dishes, coffee pots, and the hot tub was very nice to use. They have passes to use for the swimming pool at the resort. They also had larger towels to use too! The bathroom towels were excellent also! They had a code to get in so you didn't have to get physical keys.

One of the 2 coffee pots was missing a part that we reported to Avari. The dishwasher needed a new roller added to the bottom rack that we also reported. I was disappointed that the bed in the Master bedroom was a Queen and not a King. It was not comfortable and needs a better memory foam pad. The bottom bunk bed mattress you could feel the springs in it and it was not comfortable to sleep on for an 11 year old.

Avari response:

Louise, it’s fantastic to hear that you had a wonderful stay with us! We’re thrilled that the property met your family’s needs and that you enjoyed the well-stocked kitchen and the hot tub. It sounds like you made the most of your time, especially with the resort pool passes and those larger towels.

We appreciate you bringing the coffee pot and dishwasher issues to our attention. We want everything to be just right for our guests, and your feedback helps us improve. We’re also sorry to hear that the bed in the master bedroom and the bottom bunk mattress didn’t provide the comfort you were hoping for. We take your comments seriously and will look into those concerns.

We’d love to welcome you back for another stay, perhaps with some upgrades to ensure even more comfort next time. Thank you for sharing your experience!

Great location, close to the course. The upper floor is a bit warm in the summer. The deck and hot tub are wonderful. FYI, the king bed is not in the primary suite.
