This house worked very well for our crew to stay while filming in Reedsport. The location is beautiful with views of the Umpqua River, the kitchen had what we needed, and there was plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. The beds are a little on the small side, but manageable.

The house is beautiful. Alot of space, the kitchen has everything you need to cook, from pots and pans to spices and coffee filters. We enjoyed our stay at the Umpua overlook house. The house is an old house but very comfortable, it was perfect for 10 people.

Although some furnitures (bed, dresser, etc.) are old but they are still in good condition. We aren’t able to use the hot tub—though you can hear it running but was padlocked. Overall nice place to stay.
