What's nearby: Boasting a convenient location, you will have no trouble grabbing a latte from the Washburne Café down on Main, dining at one of several local restaurants, or popping into a few unique boutiques. When you want to venture out a bit further, take a stroll along the stunning Willamette or zip over to downtown Eugene for even more fun including the University of Oregon campus, just a few miles west. Fairly well equipped and very quiet home, situated within walking distance of downtown Springfield. It's a house that has been remodeled and what was an upstairs and downstairs, has been into three apartments, one up and two down.

This clean, simply comfortable older home was in a great location. We were close to bike trails and restaurants. We hope to stay next time we visit Springfield.
