Nestled in the forest, this classic log cabin will offer you easy access to the nearby Sandy River. Here you can spend your days hiking, mountain biking, skiing, snowshoeing, or simply relaxing in an Adirondack around the home's outdoor fire pit. The log cabin's interior is warm and cozy and includes a beautiful staircase made from natural logs. The centerpiece of the living area is a large stone fireplace where you can warm up after you return home from the day's adventures. The updated kitchen has stainless steel appliances (including a dishwasher) to use when you're not trying out one of the local restaurants or taverns. Outside, you'll find a gas grill and picnic table for al fresco meals, a hammock to nap in after your meal, and a firepit to gather around as the stars come out. Great place that looks just as good irl as it does in the pictures. We even had a little bat friend hanging out with us during movie night! Plenty of room for the whole family, games and other stuff provided! Would stay again if the price was not so high. 10/10!

This is a really special home that someone clearly built with love and attention long, long ago. I actually didn’t have any extra contact with management because their standard info and descriptions were perfectly clear and we had no trouble with anything.
