Great stay at the cottage, it was comfortable and felt right at home. Beach access is a very short walk and easy to find. Walking to haystack rock is about a 40 minute walk. When we arrived the first night we can hear one of smoke alarm from a bedroom beeping every minute from the front door/ living room. I ended up messaging the host on the second day to see if I could do anything on my end and got no response. Found a roach or beetle on the hallway wall. Other than that it was a very short drive to nearby places

A fun little getaway. Nice to have the beach, market and a few restaurants in walking distance. Side note - it states there is a dedicated work space, however, there is no work space in the house. I had to use the dining table, a little inconvenient. Overall, we had a great experience.

I absolutely loved this home! I was looking for a quiet getaway to explore the Oregon coast, and this place was perfect. It’s a short walk to a beautiful, peaceful beach that isn’t overcrowded with tourists. The nearby downtown area is charming and great for a casual stroll. The home itself was spotless—very clean and well cared for. It had everything you could need to cook meals, which made it feel even more like home. A perfect, cozy home base to return to after a day of exploring. Highly recommend for anyone looking to relax and enjoy the coast!
