This is a lovely house, located on the north end of Sunriver. There's a private hot tub, 10 complimentary SHARC passes, and room for the whole family. The shops and restaurants of Sunriver are just three miles south, and Bend and Mt. Bachelor are both easy day trips away. There's even a shuttle to Mt. Bachelor for a small fee! Play a round of golf at one of the Many Public Golf Courses in the area, improve your swing on the tennis courts, or rent a mount from the stables and see the area on horseback.

There is a large great room graced by a beautiful fireplace, high vaulted ceilings, and a TV that offers both DVD capability and cable. WiFi is included. The fully equipped kitchen has a coffee maker, a blender, and everything else you'll need, in addition to a gas grill outside. Play music over the stereo as you enjoy a meal in the dining room, which seats eight with room for two more at the breakfast bar. It is the perfect spot for unwinding after a day of swimming at SHARC. You can also eat outside in the fresh air.

All bedrooms are equipped with their own TVs for ultimate convenience and flexibility. The home has a lovely large deck overlooking the landscaping of the high desert, where you can enjoy your own private hot tub. Modern essentials include central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer.

The property was a great location for beach access and a short walk to town. We did have two light bulbs out in the master bathroom and upon calling, it was resolved. There is no toilet tissue holder in the 2nd bathroom on the 2nd floor. Since there is a pedestal sink in there, the only place to put a current roll of toilet tissue was on the edge of the bathtub. I requested a free standing one and nothing was done about it. The pedestal sink was a problem for my 3 granddaughters and daughter in law in that there was no place to set their toiletries

While the listing does mention the layout of the bathrooms, we recognize that a pedestal sink can be a challenge. This home is cozy, clean and comfortable. Nothing extravagant, but all the necessities.

Home was clean, furniture and beds were comfortable. Additional amenities in garage not included in listing (bikes, inflatables etc)

Although the listing includes a/c, when we arrived we found a hand written note above the thermostat that there were limitations to its use. We needed to pull out all the fans stashed away in closets to keep the house comfortable.
Back was not nearly as private as the pictures make it look, as it is right on a walking path and directly across from another row of homes. Although the walking path is a dead end, so it was relatively quiet.
No window covering on sliding door, again a privacy issue at night.
Additional window coverings would also be appreciated, as the bedrooms (especially at back of home) get very bright when the sun comes up.
One of the twin bed frames felt like it was about to fall apart.
The washer and dryer are also incredibly loud, and due to being located in the hallway near the kitchen without doors to damper sound, we had to plan laundry around when we were gone.
Home would benefit from a binder or “home book”
