Come to this captivating Sunriver home and get down to the serious business of having fun! You'll also have 10 passes to SHARC! Located on a quiet cul-de-sac on the north end of Sunriver, this is truly one of the best. Single-level with four bedrooms and three baths, this home has king beds in two bedrooms. One king bedroom is a master suite, and there is a queen in third bedroom and a set of bunks with a twin trundle in the fourth. There is also a sleeper sofa. This home sleeps 10. Each bedroom has its own TV, including the room with the bunk beds - perfect for the kids! Spend your days swimming at SHARC and come home to the cool comfort of this air-conditioned home. There is a Ping-Pong table in the garage. Once here you'll want to make this your home away from home again and again. Please be aware that the Sunriver SHARC center has implemented new rules and regulations regarding occupancy, amenities, and access. Please see their website for more details. Overall it was a lovely stay. Plenty of room for a family of 4 plus Grandparents. The living room was very cozy and comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked and had plenty of pots, pans, bakeware, and kitchen utinsles. The kids loved the bunk beds. More attention could be given to snow removal. The walkway up to the front door was covered with snow over a thick layer of ice when we arrived which made getting in tricky, and while we did shovel it ourselves, we never could quite fully remove the bottom layer of ice, so it remained slippery the entire time. Another suggestion usually leave for properties in Sunriver is, it could use more coat hooks in the laundry room and/or entryway. This would make it really nice for those skiing and playing in the snow multiple days to dry all their snow gear!
