Come to this captivating Sunriver home and get down to the serious business of having fun! You'll also have 10 passes to SHARC!

Located on a quiet cul-de-sac on the north end of Sunriver, this is truly one of the best. Single-level with four bedrooms and three baths, this home has king beds in two bedrooms. One king bedroom is a master suite, and there is a queen in the third bedroom and a set of bunks with a twin trundle in the fourth. There is also a sleeper sofa. This home sleeps 10.

Spend your days swimming at SHARC and come home to the cool comfort of this air-conditioned home. Cook up something delicious in the newly updated kitchen, featuring brand new stainless steel appliances, then take the party outside to the brand new deck, perfect for dining, relaxing, and soaking in the fresh Sunriver air. There is also a Ping-Pong table in the garage. Once here you'll want to make this your home away from home again and again.

This was a wonderful home. Lots of space for everyone to spread out. The biggest downfall was how hard the beds were and how soft the pillows were. It was pretty uncomfortable. The house overall was wonderful aside from that and the lack of supplies like trash bags and dishwasher soap. Everything was very nice and clean and the management team responded quickly to questions.

The home was very clean and set up well for family gatherings. The kitchen was well stocked to create and serve meals and the large, round dining table with 8 chairs made meals and board games easier for everyone to be included in conversations/fun. There were 2 tables on the back porch and plenty of chairs to sit outside too. It was a quite neighborhood - perfect to get young kids to bed early and allow adults to visit. 3 bedrooms had connecting bathrooms and the bunk-bed room was perfect for little ones. My grandson loved the assortment of children's books stored in the family-room cupboard. There were plenty of towels - including towels to use at SHARK stacked on the drier. SHARK didn't have enough shaded areas for us so we spent hours at the indoor pool area with a mini water slide for toddlers. My grandson couldn't get enough of it! This home allowed us to create some great memories. We'd do it again :)

Had a wonderful stay at this location. Saw some deer the first morning we woke up! Peaceful and just lovely. We don't need much so everything was adequate.
Needs a bit of small upkeep things like sheets and linens need to be replaced, knives sharpened etc but overall great value great stay.
We brought our own bikes, blades and activities, we were out doing things around Bend so didn't need to use the house items much.
(Small things like Bikes not usable, punctured tubes. Water temp quickly turned cold earlier than expected. Games and books not well kept. We didn't use the hot tub other than just looking at it.)

Recommend to any family looking for a reasonable place to stay for good value compared to surrounding homes.
