Located on a quiet cul-de-sac on the north end of Sunriver, this is truly one of the best. Single-level with four bedrooms and three baths, this home has king beds in two bedrooms. One king bedroom is a master suite, and there is a queen in the third bedroom and a set of bunks with a twin trundle in the fourth. There is also a sleeper sofa. This home sleeps 10.

Spend your days swimming at SHARC and come home to the cool comfort of this air-conditioned home. Cook up something delicious in the newly updated kitchen, featuring brand new stainless steel appliances, then take the party outside to the brand new deck, perfect for dining, relaxing, and soaking in the fresh Sunriver air. Had a wonderful stay at this location. Saw some deer the first morning we woke up! Peaceful and just lovely. We don't need much so everything was adequate.
Needs a bit of small upkeep things like sheets and linens need to be replaced, knives sharpened etc but overall great value great stay.
We brought our own bikes, blades and activities, we were out doing things around Bend so didn't need to use the house items much.
(Small things like Bikes not usable, punctured tubes. Water temp quickly turned cold earlier than expected. Games and books not well kept. We didn't use the hot tub other than just looking at it.)

Recommend to any family looking for a reasonable place to stay for good value compared to surrounding homes.

Overall it was a lovely stay. Plenty of room for a family of 4 plus Grandparents. The living room was very cozy and comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked and had plenty of pots, pans, bakeware, and kitchen utinsles. The kids loved the bunk beds.

More attention could be given to snow removal. The walkway up to the front door was covered with snow over a thick layer of ice when we arrived which made getting in tricky, and while we did shovel it ourselves, we never could quite fully remove the bottom layer of ice, so it remained slippery the entire time.

Another suggestion usually leave for properties in Sunriver is, it could use more coat hooks in the laundry room and/or entryway. This would make it really nice for those skiing and playing in the snow multiple days to dry all their snow gear!
