This home is two houses away from the beach for easy access. Downtown Seaside is within walking distance 0.7 miles to the south along the river where you will discover plenty of dining options. You will find about 20 chowders along with traditional American, Italian, ethnic, a variety of pubs, and a bakery. You can also visit the historic Seaside Aquarium on Seaside's Promenade where you can feed the seals, or hop on the Seaside Carousel inside the mall, where you can ride a traditional pony or one of the other playful choices.

The home needs new safe beds in the children’s room and mattresses, needs cleaned properly, and kept up. If they did they did those things properly the location is great.

Close to Beach , really liked having garage with place for dogs and also bathroom, laundry on that level . Made a great place to take off sandy boots , dry off wet dogs etc. wonderful mid level open area with large dining table for or family . Games , TV trays were appreciated . Walked to downtown Seaside several times. You can walk all the way on the beach or a few blocks to the prom. The house has plenty of room for a large family to stay . Very comfortable homey, but clean feel . We were there in November so did not spend much time on the decks or at fire pit . We did enjoy the indoor fireplace . Simply wonderful!
