It boasts a great location just steps away from the Promenade where you can take a relaxing stroll and explore Seaside, and it even has partial ocean views. Inside, you will find a charming decor along with everything you would expect including a private gas grill, outdoor deck, and enclosed yard, providing the best space for a fun cookout with your family or friends. Kick back and relax in the living area and read a good book or watch your favorite Netflix series in the flatscreen TV. What's nearby: Downtown Seaside is a short walk to the south (half a mile) where you will discover plenty of dining options. You will find about 20 chowders along with traditional American, Italian, ethnic, a variety of pubs, and a bakery. You can also visit the historic Seaside Aquarium on Seaside's Promenade where you can feed the seals, or hop on the Seaside Carousel inside the mall, where you can ride a traditional pony or one of the other whimsical choices. We had a really lovely stay and felt very comfortable here. The place was so nice and accommodating, and being able to see the ocean right out the window was a huge highlight. The open views were beautiful, and the space felt cozy and welcoming for our whole family. The kitchen had almost everything we needed, and the location was perfect, close to the beach and to nearby shops and restaurants. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely consider staying here again. It’s a wonderful place with a great atmosphere and you get the home like feeling if you were to visit grandparents!

We loved that the unit was so close to the promenade and was a short walk over the aquarium and main street in town. The unit itself had a beautiful backyard and patio and was very spacious. We loved that there were some DVDs available to have a movie night in. There were lots of dishes and everything you need to cook a meal in the house as well.

Excellent location. Nice and clean house. The only complaint is that they only have parking for 1 car. Very inconvenient and something that would keep us from renting again. BUT, if you only have 1 car then it’s perfect.
