Located just 100 yards (a two-minute walk) east of the Promenade and easy beach access, this home is in an ideal spot for guests to take advantage of everything Seaside has to offer. You could take a quick half-mile walk down the Promenade to reach the downtown area, which has many restaurants, ample shopping, and other activities such as an aquarium and a carousel. Elsewhere around town are more attractions, though you could also take a quick 25-minute drive north to historic Astoria or a 15-minute drive south to either the fantastic Ecola State Park or to the charming city of Cannon Beach. This two-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bathroom home is actually one full house and a separate, detached studio unit above the garage which would be great for a couple or a few teenagers to enjoy a little extra privacy. Throughout the houses, you will have plenty of entertainment options including WiFi access, cable TV, DVD players and movies to watch, board games, a foosball table, and even a garage that has been converted into a game room complete with Ping-Pong, seating, and more. The main house has a full kitchen, living room with a cozy gas fireplace, and a dining area. There are also two queen bedrooms. In the separate studio you will find a twin-size bed, so a total of nine guests will be very comfortable here - you're even welcome to bring along up to two dogs with you, though a nightly fee per dog and a minimum fee per stay will apply. Outside is an enormous enclosed back yard with a large deck, fire pit! Additional amenities include a laundry area, two adult-size bicycles, sand toys, beach chairs, and more, so you're sure to have an amazing time here! The house is old so don't expect all sparkly but that's just how it is for older coastal homes.it was very clean and had all the things we needed. Kids loved the Foosball table. We had 6 adults, 3 kids and 2 dogs and it was quite comfortable. Very close to the beach. We'd definitely stay here again. Even though this is a dog friendly home, it was very clean and my sensitive nose didn't notice any offputing odor- just a little musty, as older coastal homes gesnerally are. Cute place.

Went there for daughter's 8th birthday overall for the cost in SEASIDE it was ok. Pros lots of space for the whole family, very close beach access, close to seaside strip. Cons being a pet friendly rental found to have strong urine smell in master bedroom bathroom we had to keep door closed or was overwhelming, multiple stains throughout carpet of house it was suggested to take shoes off but definitely didn't because of it,hot tub jets inoperative, a couple gigantic spiders were found in house. All in all not terrible for the cost and location but if you are expecting the Hilton you will be disappointed next time will probably spend more for a different rental
