This oceanfront family home since 1971 welcomes you! Walk up a few steps to reach the porch, then enter and you'll find yourself on the first floor of this stunning home. Here, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar as well as a dining table. The open layout of this room leads you to the first living room, complete with spectacular ocean views. Large windows allow the Seaside sun to pour in, and sliding glass doors open up to the front deck running the length of the home. At the back of the first level, you find the first bedroom with a large bed and a deck all to itself. A full bathroom and a washer and dryer complete this floor.

Upstairs, you enter into the fine great room, with ample seating for everyone! This room includes a wet bar with mini fridge, a table and chairs perfect for cocktails or games, and a large flatscreen TV complete with DVD and VCR. Another fireplace helps set the mood on those chilly nights. Don't forget the telescope to watch the passing ships and beachgoers. There's also another oceanfront deck for outdoor living. Wrapped in large windows to maximize the view, you will never leave this room! There are two bedrooms on this level, plus a bathroom with a jetted tub and separate shower.

the location was amazing.

all the beds were very hard. some people would love that. and when we went to look for lost items under the bed they had not been swept under there in a long time. other than that it was amazing and totally would do it again. central air doesn't work. but it's the coast open a few windows and bring a few fans.

The house and view was beautiful. Close to everything

So many stairs, off the back porch there is a very unsafe step on top and off the beach. There were 2 doors that were locked from the other side that made us feel very uneasy

The location was excellent, truly loved the view and being so close to town. The house was very spacious, especially the great room on the second floor with ocean views. The furniture was dated, but not too bad.

When we checked in, an upstairs window was left open and could not be closed due to a broken mechanism. It was a cold day and we had a baby and child in the house; we needed to be able to close the window. The management company was quick to respond but very vague on details for a timeline to fix. It was eventually resolved but not without hassle that but a damper on the stay.
