Built in 1900, this home has been lovingly maintained and remodeled over its vast lifetime, all while incorporating modern amenities you're sure to appreciate. On top of that, this gorgeous beach home is fabulously located within one block of the sparkling coastline for easy beach adventures. Within a three-block radius, you'll find Seaside Aquarium and Carousel Mall, as well as all the shops, arcades, and restaurants that Broadway and downtown Seaside have to offer. Thoughtfully designed and impeccably furnished, the open plan boasts original wood floors, shiplap walls, and exposed-beam ceilings. Meanwhile, newer renovations include an updated kitchen with an open-concept breakfast bar and dining area, stainless steel appliances, a dishwasher, a washer/dryer, WiFi, smart TVs with cable, USB charger stations in every bedroom, and updated bathrooms. The large spaces present room for your group to enjoy delicious meals together, as well as play one of the many provided board games. For something more mellow, find a cozy corner to snuggle into and catch up with loved ones or read a book from the varied collections throughout the house. The sunroom is the ideal place to sip on your morning coffee, while the covered front porch features a twin-size bed porch swing that is great for afternoon naps. When it's time for dinner, toss something on the grill and sear it to perfection. THINGS TO KNOW Streaming is available with guest account logins. The fireplace is non-operable.

This spacious, darling home was perfect for our group of seven adults. Its location - close to the Prom, Broadway, and to the sights and sounds of the ocean - made us so happy! The early 1900’s house has been lovingly cared for and is well-appointed with kitchen items, extra blankets, games, puzzles, and more. The floorboards creak, so no sneaking around! Our only complaint is that the plates, serving platters, etc. were not cleaned well. A good thing to check anyway!

The house was clean and had everything you needed to keep it that way! The washer and dryer were ideal (so easy to throw a couple loads in after a beach outing), plenty of towels, and kitchen cleaning supplies for dishes! The location is fantastic! Just a block away (easy walk) from the beach. The home itself is absolutely adorable!!! A perfect beachside cottage! The front swing was perfect to sip cocoa and laze around. The sun room had plenty of games and toys for the kids to play with! The living room is stocked with puzzles and more games, and the bedrooms are comfy and spacious enough. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. The uneven floorboards and creaks were delightful and added to the charm of the old house! We were stay here again in a heartbeat!

We had a family reunion here and thoroughly enjoyed the home. The kitchen is great and well stocked and living rm and dining rm very comfortable. The house is nicely updated yet keeps its original charm. We will definitely be back!

We love the location of this home. It's central to the beach, downtown, which is a 2 minute walk, the river, shopping. It's only 20 minutes to cannon beach, Ecola state park, and modern shopping. Lots of restaurants around. I feel like I'm back in Santa Monica or Long Beach of old when I come here. Such an experience! Love It!!
