Featuring an all-new interior, this single-level cottage, situated near the north end of Seaside, is a walker's delight. In addition to the beach, you can stroll to the Seaside Outlet Mall, the Seaside Aquarium, and the fun attractions, restaurants, and shops on Broadway Street in the center of town, all less than a mile from your door.

Grab the provided chairs and totes on your way out to the beach each morning and be greeted back home in the afternoons by an inviting front porch. It's a wonderful spot to sit in an Adirondack chair, breathe in the fresh ocean air, and watch the neighborhood pass you by.

Inside, every necessity can be found in the open, lofty, studio-style layout. Enjoy a compact kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a dining room table for four, and a sitting area with mod furnishings and a TV with DVD, Blu-ray, and streaming capabilities. The comfortable bed is tucked into its own alcove, and the full bathroom offers a beautifully tiled walk-in shower.

One of the cleanest VRBO's we have stayed in. We appreciated the location/proximity and the care that has gone into the home. mattress was a bit worn out but everything was so clean. Really was a pleasant surprise. You can tell everyone takes pride in their contribution to this rental.

Rated this place pretty decent. Great location. Perfect size for a couple BUT. Biggest but. It was not stocked well. In a rental, I’ve come to expect some things…like just a salt and pepper shaker. Maybe some ziplock bags? This was bare bones. Coffee pots…no coffee or k cups. There was supposed to be extra blankets…none. When we arrived, it was SO musty we had to leave for a couple hours to let the house air out. We were close to leaving but it did eventually air out. It was otherwise very clean. Bed was comfortable. But again, a sheet and one blanket (that was very pilly and honestly not comfortable) is not enough. Thankfully we didn’t have more than us two but there is a pullout couch that had no linens. Would not book again.
