Great location, nice kitchen, awesome outdoor patio. Does need some maintenance to fix drywall and floors. Worth the stay though

We really enjoyed our stay here, it was well located and the amenities in the house (the hot tub, the backyard space and such) made it an enjoyable stay for us. We appreciate the responsiveness of the host!

We were originally scheduled for a longer stay but ended up checking out after only one day because the property did not meet basic cleanliness or comfort standards.
The Issues:
While the home looks nice in photos, the reality was quite different. We encountered a significant pest issue, finding spiders in both the shower and the hot tub, a bug in the bed, and more insects in the window tracks.
The overall cleanliness was very disappointing:
• Living Area: There were visible stains on the couch and various markings on the walls.
• Bathroom: The shower looked dirty even before use, and the towels provided had what looked like dirty handprints on them.
• Sleeping Arrangements: The blankets were incredibly thin, and the mattresses were hard and uncomfortable. Additionally, the bunk bed felt wobbly and unstable.
The Positives:
On a positive note, the lighting in the house was a cool feature, and the backyard is genuinely pretty.

I was disappointed when Avari contacted me 3 days before check-in to the original location I chose and paid for. They told me original booking was no longer available due to double booking and offered to relocate. I accepted as I was already on vacation and didn’t have time to search for another place. I was disappointed in the property I was relocated to and wouldn’t have chosen it on my own. However, the location was good for our needs and the hot tub and back yard area with grill was nice. Avari was difficult to contact and very slow to respond to messages.

Loved it, would def come back again.

The beds were super comfortable I was really surprised, the hot tub was functional which was the whole reason we rented this place, the washer and dryer were so nice to have, the yard was kid friendly, everything felt secure and it was clean and nice. It felt really kid friendly, everything was clean but it was also lived in and I like that.

If I had to pick something to complain about it would just be that the fridge was a little small, not like standard fridge size, I wasn't really expecting that, with 8 people it would be nice to have a full size fridge but honestly it wasn't the end of the world and we still managed to make everything fit!
