Guests staying at this home are a little over a mile from the Village at Sunriver, and just a little under a mile from the Oregon Observatory. Just a few steps from the front door, guests can enjoy access to 40 miles of walking and cycling paths that cross the town of Sunriver. Mt. Bachelor, with its year-round activities including skiing and disc golf, is only 21 miles northwest of the resort. House is cool with a nice grassy area Window box seats upstairs are fun to relax on, my favorite spot to nap The brown pull out couch has a blow up mattress that's comfy and easy to set up or put away Kitchen spices, oils, condiments, Saran Wrap, foil, zip locks, salt, pepper are hit or miss so bring your own. It's about a 1 mile walk to SHARC or Village with a cut through condo village on the path There are a few working bikes at least 3 adult bikes and 1 or 2 kids bikes and a kid trailer, ping pong, Corn Hole, Kam Jam If you have multiple cars that need electric charge 1 at a time during down hours Owners are awesome!

This home was perfect for 2 families with kids and grandma and grandpa. We enjoyed the hot tub and large open area. There were a handful of toys and things for kids to do. My only complaint was that the dryer made an awful noise and was pretty much unusable. Perfect location close to the SHARC, Village and bike trails. The house was very comfortable and had AC. I'd highly recommend this house!
