The primary suite offers private access to the back deck, gas grill, and hot tub, all private to the guests in this home. Guests can also enjoy a garage full of games, a ping-pong table, and bicycles for the whole family.

Guests staying at this home are a little over a mile from the Village at Sunriver, and just a little under a mile from the Oregon Observatory. Just a few steps from the front door, guests can enjoy access to 40 miles of walking and cycling paths that cross the town of Sunriver. Mt. Bachelor, with its year-round activities including skiing and disc golf, is only 21 miles northwest of the resort.

We stayed with adult family and kiddos, and the layout was excellent. Multiple restrooms and 2 in suite bedrooms was a nice bonus. The layout worked well in that regard and our different schedules. Hot tub was amazing after golfing and hiking. Overall a fantastic experience. Cozy, tons of room, and open floor plan with so many amenities, whether you bike or walk, this house offers everything. Maybe next time we’ll bring along a pup of ours :)

We loved the living spaces upstairs - spacious and open, kids loved the slightly separate area. Large and functioning hot tub!
The house and amenities are all a bit older/funkier… and it was universally too hot upstairs and very cold downstairs despite the AC/windows open at night. Could definitely use some ceiling fans. Otherwise, we were happy and comfortable and appreciated the amenities of soaps and detergents through the house!

House is cool with a nice grassy area
Window box seats upstairs are fun to relax on, my favorite spot to nap
The brown pull out couch has a blow up mattress that's comfy and easy to set up or put away
Kitchen spices, oils, condiments, Saran Wrap, foil, zip locks, salt, pepper are hit or miss so bring your own.
It's about a 1 mile walk to SHARC or Village with a cut through condo village on the path
There are a few working bikes at least 3 adult bikes and 1 or 2 kids bikes and a kid trailer, ping pong, Corn Hole, Kam Jam
If you have multiple cars that need electric charge 1 at a time during down hours
Owners are awesome!

This home was perfect for 2 families with kids and grandma and grandpa. We enjoyed the hot tub and large open area. There were a handful of toys and things for kids to do.
My only complaint was that the dryer made an awful noise and was pretty much unusable.

Perfect location close to the SHARC, Village and bike trails. The house was very comfortable and had AC. I'd highly recommend this house!
