We had trouble getting in. The lock is tricky. Surface cleaning was okay, but deep cleaning in cupboards and bathrooms could have been better. We had an issue with a down tree and a clogged garbage disposal. To clean up over flowing water I also had to clean black mold under the sink. Avari was very responsive and came quuckly to move the tree and fix the garbage disposal. The outdoor garbage can was 3/4 full as well. The house is in a nice neighborhood and the location was peaceful.
