Book this charming and dog-friendly retreat and start enjoying spectacular unobstructed views, breathtakingly beautiful sunsets, and wonderful rock formations from the comfort of your getaway. This beautiful home is nestled on a bluff overlooking the untamed Pacific Ocean. The walk to the beach will take just a minute or two - you will be sharing the beach with aquatic birds and occasionally a seal. Alternatively, curl up with a book in the living room while you relax by a warm fire or gather with your group to plan the next day's adventures while enjoying tasty snacks made in the fully-equipped kitchen.

Downtown Bandon is a short and convenient two-and-a-half-mile drive and there you can find a plethora of dining options, markets and convenience stores, and more! This charming city is also well-known for its historic lighthouse and the highly acclaimed golf courses you can find at Bandon Dunes Golf Resort (eight miles away). You can find even more outdoor activities by the coastline including horseback riding on the beach, fishing, crabbing, etc.

Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

The listing is a bit deceptive with it being a 2 building property. But its an amazing view and great support services.

Location was great! House was clean, but found that the listing was unclear and we had paid for two units, one of which was overbooked by another couple. Support was provided by some overseas call center and no help. Worked it out with the other couple but no thanks to Avari Management!
